We thought you might want to get to know us a little better, so here’s an insight into the world of lookfantastic!

lookfantastic.com was created back in 1997 with one key aim; to make salon hair and high end beauty brands more accessible, so that everyone from the desk bound city slicker to those living way out of town could all buy their favourite hair and beauty brands at the click of a button! Ever since the early days we’ve always stuck to our word and are always on the look out for the next big thing! As a result, we’ve grown our range vastly every year, to such an extent, that the site now boasts over 8000 products.

We know there’s nothing worse that running out of your favourite lippy just before that big night out! We also know that you expect to get a little extra from your online shopping experience, which is why we do everything humanly possible to get your parcel dispatched the same day if you order before 3pm. We also go the extra mile to offer you great gifts when you buy from the site, along with fantastic member discounts on selected brands. Plus what's more, we only use recycled materials for our packaging and operate as a totally carbon neutral business.

We also try to give you as much quality information as possible about your chosen products, because we believe it has to suit your skin or hair type to really work its magic. Our in-house marketing and customer service teams receive regular training directly from brands, on everything we stock, this way, we can pass on our experience first hand, and in turn you are able to make an informed decision, and enjoy your products to the max!

In the Summer of 2008, we launched lookmantastic, a site dedicated to grooming, health and wellbeing for men. We’re growing our men’s ranges all the time, so if there’s something you’d like to see on the site, be sure to get in touch and we’ll do our best to get it stocked asap!

For the guys it’s all about fuss free grooming. We want these products to do their job, which is why the guys here in the team source the best brands in the market, the names that do what they say on the tin, to ensure your grooming regime is as effective and manageable as possible.

The lookfantastic group of companies also includes 15 hair salons based in London, Sussex and Kent, along with a highly successful training division which trains hairdressers in NVQ Levels 1-3. The salons have been established over 30 years and the training division started in 1992 and has trained over 2000 hairdressers to date.

So all in all it’s pretty busy down here on the South Coast in Hove, but
we love what we do, and we like to think that we help to put a smile on
your face too.
